About Me

Nys (pronounced NISS) is no stranger to releasing that which no longer serves and allowing her true self to shine through. Born in New Zealand and growing up in South East Queensland, Australia, Nys always knew she came to Earth for a higher purpose, always felt like she was different to the others, and often struggled to fit in. Nys discovered the beginnings of what she now calls Natural Magick from the early age of 12, learning to work with the elements and the laws of nature to manipulate this free-will zone. Discovering Pleiadian channellings at the age of 16 introduced to Nys the idea that some of us are Starseeds and Lightworkers – here to bring light to the Earth and help bring about the evolution of humankind. It was like a remembering… only a long-fought one because remembering doesn’t come back instantly. Nys, although given these invaluable tools, continued to choose a life somewhat off the beaten path, insisting taking the roads less trodden. She has developed her skills for teaching, accounting, design and live events simultaneously, obtaining qualifications and excelling in all of these areas. Except, like many others, Nys turned to alcohol to help ‘fit in’. Considering herself a social drinker for most of her life, even though striving to learn and level up in other areas of life, Nys came to realise she cannot jump to that next level of awesomeness unless she let go of this seemingly harmless activity. In yoga, Nys found the strength of will, the inspiration, that it takes to let go of that which doesn’t serve us, even when it seems to be a good thing like the hand stuck in the cookie jar, and it is now part of her light-bringing mission to help others find the release button, creating space to move into the flow and freedom that is our birthright. Although meditation has helped her throughout most of her life, Nys began practising yoga in 2012 and it was from here that her life was transformed through movement, breathwork and proper nutrition. In 2015 she experienced a shamanic chakra healing and kundalini rising breakthrough, causing her to leave behind her corporate job, unhappy relationship and move to the beach to pursue freedom. During 2020, Nys asked the universe “How can I be of service?” and was called to complete her 200hr Yoga Alliance Certification through the ever-amazing and infinitely wise lightworker and Love Alchemist Catalina Silvia Mordini, whose mission is to Teach Peace. This mission, in turn, aligns with Nys Robertson’s own vision of teaching others to remember why they are here on Earth so that they can also help bring the light and contribute to the next level of our evolution of humanity!
